Designing and delivering an area that provides flexible seating arrangements, multiple usage opportunities, second-story access, and required storage unit all while uniquely set between two existing buildings provided unique challenges. Using a mix of natural stone, brick pavers, retaining wall bricks, and incorporating an industrial-style metal staircase brought this area together. The final piece was adding a backdrop wood fence for privacy and security. This area is now a very functional space providing relaxation and enjoyment for the Waterford Stillhouse patrons.
