With tight property lines on this lakefront property, the challenge was to design a walkway, patio area, and landscaping that enhanced the recently renovated home exterior while also providing privacy. A large Arborvitae screen provided privacy and a softer, more natural look than a fence. The lakefront was also completely restored to create more usable lawn space for entertainment and games.
