A commercial development with raised elevation and neighboring wetlands, provided our team with a challenge to design the surrounding hardscape and landscape. Our solution included creating a single retaining wall transitioning to a multi-tiered, double wall returning to the single wall continuing around the parking lot. Unique sonotube installation for strong and aesthetic guard rail provides a function with an interesting visual. Storm sewer and utility tie-ins were also integrated into the wall as a priority was to keep water levels down.
